Our mission

Show up as you are, whether tender, tangled, curious, or cracked wide open.

We’ll go deep together but we’ll also build something real. Each session is a blend of intuitive exploration and grounded action, whether that’s through weekly intentions, guided integration practices, or skill-building tools you can return to long after our time ends.

Meet Ashley Kudler, LMHC

I believe your life is more than a series of events. It’s a living, breathing story. One that deserves to be explored with reverence, curiosity, and care.

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing is not just about symptom relief, it’s about transformation. I help clients reach new depths of self-understanding, illuminating the purpose of their experiences so they can alchemize pain into meaning, reclaim their truth, and embody their fullest, most luminous selves.

My approach blends clinical depth with intuitive wisdom. I draw from depth psychology, somatic therapies, and sacred psychedelic practices, guiding clients through processes that are as structured as they are soulful. Whether we’re working with narratives, integration, or intentional tools between sessions, our work is designed to be both emotionally resonant and practically supportive.

As someone deeply connected to the spiritual, creative, and psychedelic healing communities, I hold a rare fluency in both the clinical and the mystical. My background as a dancer, meditation facilitator, and model shapes the way I understand movement, presence, and the beauty of becoming.

At the core of everything I do is a commitment to ongoing growth. I invest deeply in my own practices of reading, learning, meditating, and staying connected to sacred medicines, so I can meet you from a place of clarity, integrity, and care. This work is personal. And it’s sacred. For you and for me.

About Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

This work invites you into altered states of consciousness in a way that’s safe, structured, and deeply intentional.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with the depth and integration of talk therapy. Sessions are designed to help you access parts of the psyche that are often difficult to reach in ordinary consciousness, dissolving defense mechanisms, loosening rigid patterns, and creating space for new perspectives and deeper healing.

Clients often describe KAP as a softening of the inner noise. A sense of clarity. A way back to themselves.

In our work together, ketamine is never the focus — you are. The medicine simply opens the door. Together, we decide when and how to walk through it, and what support you’ll need on the other side.

Whether you’re navigating long-term depression, burnout, spiritual crisis, or major life transitions, KAP can offer a powerful catalyst. It is not a cure, but a companion on your path.

Sessions are offered in both individual and small group formats, always with preparation and integration support woven into the experience.

If you’d like to learn more about KAP, here’s a recommended list of resources to get you started.
