About Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
This work invites you into altered states of consciousness in a way that’s safe, structured, and deeply intentional.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with the depth and integration of talk therapy. Sessions are designed to help you access parts of the psyche that are often difficult to reach in ordinary consciousness, dissolving defense mechanisms, loosening rigid patterns, and creating space for new perspectives and deeper healing.
Clients often describe KAP as a softening of the inner noise. A sense of clarity. A way back to themselves.
In our work together, ketamine is never the focus — you are. The medicine simply opens the door. Together, we decide when and how to walk through it, and what support you’ll need on the other side.
Whether you’re navigating long-term depression, burnout, spiritual crisis, or major life transitions, KAP can offer a powerful catalyst. It is not a cure, but a companion on your path.
Sessions are offered in both individual and small group formats, always with preparation and integration support woven into the experience.
